SUPPORT TO OVER 250 NEEDY CHILDREN FROM 0 TO 7 YEARS OLD

    The needy children receive all educational, psychological, medical and odontological support, from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5p.m.
    Our metodology: every needy child comes to the daycare at 7:00 a.m. and go home at 5:00 p.m. They are received with music, lots of joy and love by the employees. They change their clothes, dress the daycare uniform. After, they go to the daycare refectory to have the breakfast, with cake, bread,chocolated milk, several juices, fruits, with one supervision of the daycare's Nutricionist.
    After breakfast, all children go to their pedagogical activities with their own teachers. The activities are previously prepared by the educational coordenation team. After all those activities, incluiding the sportives and recreatives ones, all children go to the shower and then to have lunch.

    After lunch, all children brush their tooth (to every child is given one teethbrush, that stays at the daycare) and go to their room, to take a nap. Finished their nap, the kids go back to their pedagogical activities, with their respective teachers, where they also learn handcraft, with clay, cloth, painting, etc., these activities are made, according to the age of every class, and to the creativiness of each child.

    At 3:00p.m. all the children have their afternoon snack. It is almost another lunch because many of the children go to their places and there there's nothing to eat, they will eat again in the morning when they arrive at the daycare.
    We also make parties celebrating the monthly the birhtdays, besides the comemoratives dates of the national and regional holidays, like Carnival, Easter, Indian's Day, Brazilian Discovery Day, Folk's Week, Brazilian's Independence Day, Chindren's Day, Christmas. The intention of these celabrating is to give the children one identification with the cultural, social and historical context with the place they live in.
