Our Phylantropic Association  "Casa do Caminho" was officially founded in March 10th of 1991. But over more 25 years old we alreay have been devveloping assistential works with the community in general, with the inttent to recover the human being, beginning with the children and promoving one integration among: Children-Daycare-Familie-Community. Our activities first begun with the distribution of Fraternal Soup, breads, food and second-hand clothes to the poor of the region.

    In this work we implanted the Teaching of the Gospel according to the Spiritism to children, what would be equivalent to Christian Sunday schools. Through lectures, videos, theatre, groups of systematized studies, we started to teach to adults good behaving, prevention to drugs, the importance of parents in children education and several other subjects, having as a guide, Christ. We still worked with pregnants and single mothers, making the babies clothes to didtribute to them, and also teaching them how to do the clothes (then they could help themselves and the others) and teaching them how to take care of their children (how to feed them, helth, hygiene, education, etc)
